What we’re looking for

• A proven track record working in any performance driven environment – no recruiting experience, no problem! If you can demonstrate that you are self-motivated and driven by your work history, we want you to apply
• Ability to embrace cold calls – this job relies heavily on networking all day. You must have a strong work ethic and come in with the energy and passion to make dozens of cold calls a day
• A strong sense of urgency to fill job openings, and thrive in a result-oriented environment, motivated by uncapped commission and upward mobility
• Excel at building trust and credibility through constant communication with both candidates and clients
• Someone who does not need any direct supervision, you are encouraged to manage yourself and work individually, while simultaneously contributing and collaborating with a team of your peers
