We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong background in the construction industry, with specific experience in design, build, and federal projects. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning and foundation to final completion and turnover.
2. Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members including contractors, architects, engineers, and laborers.
3. Ensure all construction projects comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and regulations.
6. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety, quality, and progress of construction projects.
7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, and subcontractors.
8. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.
9. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
10. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically with design, build, and federal projects.
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
4. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
5. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local construction regulations and standards.
6. Proficiency in construction management software programs.
7. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
10. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
