This position focuses on defending construction disputes and construction defect cases. Requirements: Minimum of 3-8 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to construction litigation and disputes. Strong ability to handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work with clients and opposing counsel effectively. Ability to manage a substantial caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
