Working closely with experienced leaders, you'll gain hands-on experience in all phases of construction while contributing to the success of our projects. Performance evaluations conducted quarterly by our Foreman or Superintendent ensure you'll have the support you need to grow and thrive in your role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Roll up your sleeves and tackle all phases of pool construction, from excavation to winter cover installation.
• Get involved in renovation projects, including demolition, replacement work, and prep tasks.
• Keep things organized by logging time and creating daily logs in JobTread.
• Take the wheel and drive company vehicles, and get hands-on with operating company equipment (entry level).
• Shine bright with exceptional customer service skills, making every interaction a positive one.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Hold a valid DOT medical card.
