Alabama . The ideal candidate will have prior experience on commercial or industrial job sites and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in the construction, assembly, and installation of various building components.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as site clean-up, material handling, and supporting skilled trades.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed for the job.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Requirements**: - **Experience**: Must have previous experience working on commercial and/or industrial job sites.
- **Screening**: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- **Transportation**: Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
