Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by setting forms and ensuring proper alignment.
• Pour concrete and spread it using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and screeds.
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools to achieve desired textures and smoothness.
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces.
• Repair and patch concrete surfaces as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating concrete finishing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
