We are offering a contract role in the non-profit industry located in Toledo, Ohio. The position is an Administrative Assistant with a focus on customer service and data entry. This role is pivotal in managing inbound calls and email correspondence, in addition to scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls effectively and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service to all callers
• Accurately input data into the company's database
• Handle email correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a detail-oriented manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Experience in managing email correspondence effectively
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Previous experience in an administrative role within a non-profit organization
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
• High level of professionalism and discretion for handling confidential information
