The Commercial Roofing Project Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, implementation, and tracking of multiple concurrent commercial roof projects from pre-construction to completion. We are looking for an Experienced and Team Oriented roofing professional to lead the management of projects while focusing on completion on time and within budget.

Summary: responsible for planning, controlling, implementation, and tracking of multiple concurrent commercial roof projects from pre-construction to completion.
* Prepare project schedules and phasing plans.
* Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
* Control manpower on project(s).
* Ecac jobs.
* Coordinate project activities to attain successful goals on all projects by focusing attention on time and in budget project completion.
* Be effective in reading and takeoffs from Plans/Specs for new/reroof projects.
* On site management of assigned projects including coordination/supervision of subcontractors.
* Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects.
* Assist in winning profitable repeat business by cultivating customer relationships during management of projects.

* Participate in pre-job meetings with handoff from estimating to operations on assigned projects.
* Prepare purchase orders request for review.
* Participate in all pre-construction meetings.
* Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.
* Ensure inventory of materials received at project site.
* Coordinate Final Inspections with Customer/Manufacturer and advise Estimating of completion.
* Complete Project closeout documents.
* Overall responsibility for Quality Control of projects.
* Assist Estimating on an as needed basis on job walks and small service projects.
* Verify that Safety plan is executed per Nations Roof Policies.
* Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
* 5-years commercial roofing experience
* Experience in Project Management and/or estimating in commercial roofing or similar commercial construction industry
* Read and understands blueprints, specifications and project documentation
* Understanding of commercial/industrial system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.
* Experience with project management software, preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook Power Point)
* Written and verbal communication and time management abilities
* Organized person and enjoys working outside.
* Lift and climb up and down a 30 ft. ladder or many flights of stairs
* Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explaining problems and solutions to customers.
* Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection
* Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company's Core Values
* A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
