Safety training is a key component of our organization’s productivity and prosperity. We provide on-going education and OSHA Safety Training to ensure our employees are protected from workplace hazards and are given the knowledge and skills they need to work safely.

A Commercial Roofing Foreman at WxTite will be able to:

• Supervise installation of commercial roofing systems.
• Provide labor projections and material inventory on jobsite.
• Supervise subcontractors.
• Attend weekly jobsite meetings.
• Provide training for crew and subcontractors.
• Quality control.
• Conduct meetings with crew and subcontractors.
• Ability to read drawings and details.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairways and scaffolding.

Our ideal Commercial Roofing Foreman candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of commercial roofing experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel (When local work is not available).
