experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager of oversee multiple projects at a time.
Qualifications and Responsibilities: - 5+ years in commercial roofing Project Management
- Knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, manufacturers specifications.
- Work closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid to completion
- Schedule and run meetings with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction process, ensure work is done up to code and quality.
Compensation: - Base Salary with PTO based on experience.
- Additional bonuses and profit margin sharing
- Company equipment: Vehicle, phone, laptop etc.
