Broad Reach Retail Partners is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our team. This paid, in-office internship is a great opportunity for college students interested in commercial real estate. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and learn from industry professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Research properties, markets, and industry trends
• Assist with marketing materials and presentations
• Support business development projects
• Update contacts and data in our CRM system
• Call brokers and property owners to gather information
• Help with deals, including market surveys and lease reviews
• Organize and clean up data

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
