We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, or an interest in transitioning from Residential, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent at CENTURY 21 Bridgeway Commercial Realty, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and providing expert advice on the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clients
• Prepare and present property listings and proposals
• Negotiate deals and contracts with clients and other agents
• Maintain a strong network of industry contacts
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial real estate
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Real estate license required

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
