Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install custom millwork, cabinetry, and casework for commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, planers, and edge banders.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials (wood, laminate, veneer, and solid surfaces) with precision.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to complete projects on time.
• Conduct finishing work, including sanding, staining, and sealing, as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in a clean and organized manner.
