Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience to oversee and manage all phases of HVAC projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that HVAC installations and upgrades are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Local travel involved with gas/mileage reimbursement stipend included, personal car required. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Review project designs and plans to ensure they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and safety compliance.
- Resolve any project-related issues, delays, or challenges to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure all HVAC equipment and systems are installed per design specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Foster strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Assist with contract negotiations and procurement of HVAC equipment and services.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and clients.
$80,000 - $125,000 a year
