Job Description

As a Commercial Fence Estimator at Colonial Fence & Guardrail, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of commercial fence projects, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to deliver top-notch fencing solutions to our clients. Your keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to think outside the box will be crucial in successfully completing each project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements
• Prepare detailed estimates based on project specifications
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Work closely with our sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain accurate records of project details and cost estimates
• Plan breakdown to create estimate for General Contractors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Fence Estimator
• Strong knowledge of commercial fencing materials and installation techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
