Job Description

Commercial Construction Superintendent One of my top clients, a highly recognized general contractor, is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on commercial construction experience, specifically someone with diverse ground up commercial construction project expierence. As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Providing mentorship and leadership to the team
• Overseeing multiple trades and ensuring the completion of tasks
• Building strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors
• Utilizing computer software programs and estimation metrics for project management
• Being self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving

* Skills and qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management OR an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial construction experience
• Proven track record of managing ground-up commercial projects
• Proficient in mentorship and leadership within a general contracting setting
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with software programs and estimation metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving
• Travel may be required. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
