Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in our commercial facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, windows, and furniture.
- Sanitize high-traffic touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and elevator buttons.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms as needed.
- Monitor entryways and ensure cleanliness during business hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
