This is a full-time contractual role for 12 months with the potential to extend. Responsibilities Negotiating site agreements with sites that perform clinical research on behalf for late stage studies, including: Confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs) before they can send the protocol or other confidential information about the study. Clinical site agreements (CSAs) that describe the relationship between the company and the site where the principal investigator will perform the study. Facility use agreements, when necessary. Early-Stage site contracts for sites that run studies using healthy volunteers. Master CSAs for sites that perform a variety of research for the company. Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) agreements, where a principal investigator drafts a protocol, and we agree to provide funding and/or study drug to support the study. Vendor agreements that support our research, including: Central and local laboratory agreements. Imaging agreements. Agreements with digital health companies who will sell or lease products to the company (apps, wearables, devices that stay at a site, or devices subjects take home). Agreements with companies that have access to certain data company would like to license. Contract Research Organizations that might manage a study on company's behalf. Experience: JD with excellent academic credentials. Currently Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state. Ability to work independently and within a large team dynamic. Excellent communication skills and able to work on multiple documents and projects simultaneously while managing deadlines effectively.
