BIGGBY COFFEE is looking for a Manager who oversees all aspects of daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the coffee shop. This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The manager is responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, maximizing sales, and upholding company standards and policies.

Schedule:

• Weekday mornings to start as early as 5:30 am.
• Evening shifts until 8:30pm.

Skills:

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have leadership skills in motivation, training, and developing a team to maintain quality store operations
• Must have organizational and sales building skills
• Must be upbeat and enthusiastic
• Must be able to anticipate changes 30 days out
• Biggby Manager Certification & ServSafe Certification to be completed within 90 days of start date.

Compensation:

• Pay based on experience.
• Hourly rate plus bonus pay
• Flexible schedule (work nights and weekends)
• Consistent hours/days available

Experience:
Must have either Barista experience or Management experience. Both preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: Minimum 32 per week
