About the Role

The Company is seeking a Co-Executive Director to join their pioneering organization. This role is part of a new Co-Executive Leadership model, and the ideal candidate will be energized by the concept of shared leadership. They will be responsible for strategic vision and leadership, organizational management, and development leadership. Key responsibilities include providing visionary leadership, managing budgets, fostering organizational culture, and playing a leading role in donor cultivation and external relationship-building. The Co-Executive Directors will work in partnership to amplify the organization's influence, deepen the quality of reporting, and ensure a strong dedication to amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. Candidates for the Co-Executive Director position should have a proven record of success in leadership, experience in nonprofit organizational management, and a strong connection to the mission and the communities served. The role requires skillful relationship-building, advocacy, and networking abilities, as well as a team-oriented approach to leadership. The candidate should be a persuasive and engaging communicator, capable of inspiring a wide range of audiences. Strategic thinking, the ability to manage financial resources effectively, and a background in fundraising or partnership-building are essential. The Co-Executive Directors will work together to foster an inclusive organizational culture, where everyone is empowered to contribute and thrive, and will be instrumental in the organization's growth and impact.
