About the Role
The Company is seeking a Co-Executive Director to join their pioneering organization. The Co-Executive Directors will work in partnership to amplify the organization's influence, deepen the quality of reporting, and ensure a strong dedication to amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. Candidates for the Co-Executive Director position should have a proven record of success in leadership, experience in nonprofit organizational management, and a strong connection to the mission and the communities served. The role requires skillful relationship-building, advocacy, and networking abilities, as well as a team-oriented approach to leadership. The candidate should be a persuasive and engaging communicator, capable of inspiring a wide range of audiences. Strategic thinking, the ability to manage financial resources effectively, and a background in fundraising or partnership-building are essential. The Co-Executive Directors will work together to foster an inclusive organizational culture, where everyone is empowered to contribute and thrive, and will be instrumental in the organization's growth and impact.
