Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mill machinist.
• 3-4+ 5 axis axis experience required.
• Setup fixtures, load program, setup and validate parts. And run production.
• Ability to make offset adjustments, replace cutting tools.
• Mori DMG DMU 5 Axis and Siemens Controls experience is highly desired
• Perform G-Code programming and modifications.
• Experience machining aircraft grade alloys and heat treated materials.
• 5 Axis vertical and Horizontal Milling experience is desired as well as 4+ milling machining.
• Mori Seiki, Mazak Fanuc or Siemens controls experience is desired.

• Full time position in a Clean air conditioned shop
• Monday thru Thursday, currently working fourTens, with possibility to work some OT on Fridays but not guaranteed.
• Availiable shifts include morning/days as well as early evening second shift.
