CNC Mill Machinist - Akron, Ohio - JOB 25-01375

Salary Range: $25.00 - $33.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

Akron Area Manufacturing Company is seeking to hire an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in a machine shop
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience operating CNC mills
• Familiar with G Codes, Fanuc Controls (Macro B is a plus), speeds and feeds for lathes
• Properly use and interpret micrometers, bore gages, calipers, and other measuring equipment
• Able to understand technical documentation, blueprints, routing instructions...
• Understanding lean principals preferred
• Edit CNC paths and speeds (CNC programming is a plus)
• Able to work 1st shift 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday or 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
