Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. The CNC Machinist/Programmer will be responsible for creating programs using CAD/CAM software for CNC machines, troubleshooting and debugging existing code, and developing new CNC machine processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience with CNC programming and the related software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write CNC machine programs for production.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing CNC programs.
• Provide technical support for CNC machines.
• Train operators in the use of CNC machines.
• Optimize CNC processes to improve efficiency.
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions.
• Create and maintain accurate production documents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, G-Code, M-Code, and CAM.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as MasterCAM, Fusion, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
