Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Schedules & Benefits:
Pay Range: $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on eligibility
Schedule: Full Time, Part-time & Per Diem shift opportunities available
Daily Pay Available
Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and PTO for full-time employees
Waive PTO & Insurance Benefits: an additional $2.00 per hour for full-time employees
Tuition reimbursement: Up to $2,500 per semester, $5,000 annually for eligible full-time employees
Opportunities for advancement
Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualifications & Responsibilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active, unencumbered CNA certification
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
Perform ADLS including but not limited to bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning
Prepare resident room with necessary items including but not limited to pillows, blankets, medical equipment and toiletries
Maintain clean living conditions for residents
Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines
Possess teamwork skills, effective communication skills, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
