What You'll Do:
- Assist with planning and leading fun, engaging activities for residents
- Encourage participation and help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere
- Build positive connections with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Support group activities, special events, games, music, and celebrations
- Be a consistent, reliable presence for our residents
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - required
- Prior activities experience strongly preferred
- Happy, upbeat, and jovial personality
- Someone who truly enjoys engaging with others and having fun at work
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must
- Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
