**ABOUT THE ROLE** We are looking for Customer Success Engineers to intern during the Spring, Summer and Fall 2022 in our headquarters at Santa Clara, CA. We are searching for Computer Science (CS), Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) and Electrical Engineering (EE) majors who want to make an impact in the multi-cloud networking space. We are looking for CS, ECE, and EE students for both full time and internship roles. + Gain experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting large scale, highly available distributed systems
+ Gain skills in communicating with customers and to gain their confidence
+ Gain troubleshooting skills in high pressure situations
+ Gain skills to deploy and test complex networks

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Receive, acknowledge receipt and act on customer requests
+ Act on customer requests regarding design and deployment of networks
+ Troubleshooting networking environments and services which would need you to understand deployment and issues quickly
+ Pull in the right experts and work with their assistance to root cause issues and address them
+ Help build knowledge base for known issues
+ Generate training content for customers so they can assist themselves for simple issues
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ BS, MS or Ph.d in CS, ECE, EE, Math, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
+ Ability to work independently and should be able to take on problems head on with little supervision
+ Networking background is required. If not, should be a very quick learner
+ Understanding simple and robust designs
+ Deep knowledge in any of the cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) would be a solid plus
+ Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems and distributed systems, and experience in Python would be a solid plus
