Clinical Research Associate (Minneapolis, MN)

The Opportunity:

My client is a rapidly growing CRO, with a passion in bringing successful life changing therapies to critically ill patients across the globe.

We are currently hiring a Clinical Research Associate, for a contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent, who must be located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between study sites and the sponsor, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and study close-out visits while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
• Expand knowledge across diverse therapeutic areas by working on a variety of clinical trials.
• Oversee study compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and review of study protocols and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit ethics applications and contribute to Clinical Study Report preparation.

Desired Experience:

• A degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior CRA within a life science organization.
• In depth knowledge of ICH, GCP Guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Oncology experience is highly desirable.
• Must be open to travel – will most likely be regional.
