This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Supervisor role based in Lakewood, NJ. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team of cleaning staff, and ensure adherence to the “Mint Standard” of cleanliness. Responsibilities include coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring staff performance, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing client feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
