Compensation: The expected base rate for this role is $20.54 per hour during the training period, transitioning to a competitive pay structure based on miles, cases, and stops.

Schedule: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (4-Day workweek). Dispatching occurs between 3:00 am - 6:00 am, and you’ll work until all cases are delivered. *Hours may vary based on business needs.

Main Ingredients of the Job:

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

What You Bring to the Table:

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by your state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food and/or beverage delivery.
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English, including understanding traffic signs and responding to inquiries.

* Registering with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a requirement by the Department of Transportation. All drivers must register with the Clearinghouse website to access real-time information about CDL and CLP holders’ drug and alcohol program violations.

Compensation: Expected base rate is between $18.00/hour and $24.50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
