About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the development and execution of a robust marketing and sales strategy within the luxury custom industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth and sales performance, with a specific target of 120 units annually. This role requires a strategic approach to marketing, including the creation of high-quality leads and their nurturing through effective sales processes. The ideal CRO for the company will have a proven track record in luxury custom businesses, demonstrating a deep understanding of luxury brand management, sales strategies, and lead generation. They must be highly results-oriented, thrive on accountability, and have the ability to create and implement KPI-driven programs. Additionally, the CRO will be tasked with recruiting and developing a high-performing internal marketing team, fostering a culture of performance, and maintaining strong relationships with press and luxury brand ambassadors. Candidates for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury custom industry, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies, as well as proficiency in KPI-driven software programs and CRM systems. Excellent leadership, team-building, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
