About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a pivotal leader in the organization, responsible for driving significant revenue growth and scaling the business in the enterprise, B2B SaaS, PE-backed environment. This role demands a strategic and hands-on approach, working closely with the leadership team to develop and execute winning strategies for product sales, particularly in the shift from a focus on services to SaaS. The CRO will also be instrumental in evolving partnership relationships to meet revenue goals and will be the driving force behind the go-to-market plan. As a key member of the executive team, the CRO will be expected to establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and partners, as well as lead and grow a high-performing revenue organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR technology and experience in selling HR and talent solutions to executives. They should be adept at building and leading commercial teams, fostering a culture of motivation and collaboration, and be known for their ability to coach and execute major deals. The role requires a leader who is direct, decisive, and has a strong bias for action, capable of making strategic decisions in alignment with the company's goals. The CRO will also be responsible for shaping the company's remote culture, bringing in positivity, enthusiasm, and inspiration.
