About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead and oversee all aspects of its human resources strategy, operations, and culture. The CPO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and vision. This includes leading cultural initiatives, talent acquisition, and development, as well as championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will also be tasked with creating and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and will ensure that the company's HR practices are in compliance with all relevant labor laws. Candidates for the CPO role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in human resources, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership position. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Experience with HR technology systems and people analytics is also necessary. The CPO will be expected to lead with empathy, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace is a must.
