The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition, development, and retention, particularly within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. Key responsibilities for the Chief People Officer include developing and executing a comprehensive People strategy that aligns with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and championing a positive and inclusive work environment.
