About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the organization's business plan and strategic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company's culture, improving employee engagement, and driving overall organizational effectiveness. This pivotal role involves overseeing all people-related functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business needs. The Chief People Officer will also be tasked with optimizing HR processes, acting as a trusted advisor on complex HR issues, and leading impactful people initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, and hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or equivalent certification. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record in mentoring, delegating, and managing resource constraints. The ideal candidate will have an approachable, open, and trustworthy leadership style, and be adept at using HR metrics and data insights to measure success and recommend improvements. The position also requires the ability to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies to mitigate risk and promote integrity.
