About the Role

Key responsibilities for the Chief People Officer include providing professional HR advice to the Board and leadership, leading the development of a dynamic, people-centric learning culture, and ensuring that HR practices support the organization's transformation and new ways of working. The role requires a leader with strong ethics, values, and behaviors consistent with the organization's vision, culture, and values, and the ability to challenge and improve existing systems and processes. Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with trade unions and employee relations representatives, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in the public sector or a similar large organization and be adept at using data analytics to make informed business decisions and ensure compliance with best practices.
