About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Education Lab, a role that is instrumental in supporting the strategic and operational success of the organization's mission to improve educational outcomes through research and practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the alignment of the Education Lab's portfolio with its strategic vision and goals. This includes providing data-driven insights, maintaining accountability across teams, and leading the planning of internal and cross-functional initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for managing a multi-year budget, supporting the Executive Director in staff alignment, and preparing high-quality briefings and reports. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company's Education Lab should have a minimum of 7 years' of work experience in a related discipline, with a preference for those who have worked in a research organization or managed research projects.
