The CIPC will be responsible for developing and implementing patent strategy, prosecution, and enforcement, as well as managing IP-related litigation, publication review, due diligence, and portfolio management. This senior leadership role requires a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of intellectual property experience, a strong background in patent law, and a proven track record in handling complex IP challenges. The successful candidate will also have broad senior-level in-house legal experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industries, including significant patent litigation and experience with a large and complex IP portfolio.
