About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President for Human Resources to lead the strategic development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the institution's mission. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including policy and program development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. This role requires a visionary leader with a transparent and innovative approach, dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community. The CHRO will also be tasked with leading change management initiatives, modernizing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
