About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer (CEO/CFO) to provide strategic leadership and drive the financial and operational success of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all company operations, setting and achieving revenue targets, and developing and executing business plans for growth. This role involves leading a small team, managing M&A activities, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and increase market share. The CEO/CFO will also be tasked with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as driving operational efficiency and innovation across the company. Applicants for the CEO/CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in finance, accounting, and operations. Experience in leading a company through significant growth, mergers, or acquisitions is essential, and a background in the manufacturing or related industry is preferred. The role requires excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and will stay informed on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
