Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now hiring Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for all shifts, including Days, Evenings and Overnights, along with our Double Weekend program where you work two double shifts on a weekend and get paid for a 5th shift! The Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) is responsible to provide various resident care activities and related duties for the specific needs and comfort of residents. They take direction from RNs and LPNs to carry out plan of care as well as complies with federal, state and local long-term care regulations. Certified Nurse Aides provide care for residents’ needs, as identified through resident assessment, and described in the plan of care. Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
Assisting at meals
Following infection control and center policies
Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) QUALIFICATIONS:
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
