Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health information.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow care plans and document patient interactions accurately.
• Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
