Job Description
Citizens Memorial Home Health (CMH) is recruiting a CNA to walk loved ones through life while building relationships and bringing joy to the patients. You will get to know the patients, hear their life stories, and help maximize their quality of life.
A typical day will include: Knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents; maintaining a safe, clean long term care environment; actively and consistently contributing to the operations and communications; behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH and performing other duties as requested.
The position is Full Time.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)
Experience: None needed… as we provide on the job training!
Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills,
Licensure/Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant Certification—if not, then we help you obtain your CNA and provide on the job training. CPR Certification (we also provide this if needed).
Education: High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)
Experience: Previous experience with Home Care Services is a plus.
Skills: Good Communication skills, patience, attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills
Licensure/Certification: You must already be a Certified Nurse Assistant.
