Job Title: CRC Coder
Location: New York, NY (field based)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Pay: Pay: 85-106,300k
Shift: M-F day shift (40 hours)
Overview: This is a field based CRC Coder with provider education experience who will be going to provider offices in all 5 boroughs to help educate providers on risk and quality measures. They need someone with strong coding experience as well as provider relations/education experience. They need to be a very strong communicator and able to go anywhere in the 5 boroughs.
They will be in the field up to 5 days a week and will be in charge of scheduling/stacking different locations so they can maximize their time. When they are not in the field they will be able to work from home or will be asked to come into the office. Previous provider education experience is required as is previous coding. If someone is working toward their CRC, they would be open to it.
This is a new position so the person will be building up workflows and processes as well as collaborating with the team to build out slicks and materials that they can leave. They will be mainly working with providers that see the highest volume of VNS members (largest IPA partners).
The goal would be to build up this type of team and have this person move into a managerial role down the line.
