In This Role, You’ll...

• Teach classroom lectures, demonstrate maneuvers in the training yard, and lead road training following DOT guidelines with an emphasis on safety.
• Guide students as they prepare for their CDL-A exam through hands-on practice, feedback, and motivation.
• Support and encourage your students, help answer their questions, and ensure they’re ready for the road.
• Complete NETTTS' instructor training program to become a certified instructor at no cost.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : 3+ years operating Class A vehicles with a valid Class A license.
• DOT Compliance : Must meet all DOT driver qualifications.
• Passion for People : Enthusiastic, patient, and driven to support and uplift our students.
• Communication Skills : Strong communicator ready to motivate a room!
