With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement

Pay:

• $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase

OR

• Choose 27% of line haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

Additional advantages:

• Orientation pay $5,000- paid in first 120 days!
