CulinArt's extremely diverse client portfolio affords great opportunities for career advancement within the company, across multiple industry segments and geographic regions.Job Summary The Catering Chef will be a key player in the success of high-volume, high-end catering events at a Corporate Dining account in Stamford, CT.Monday-Friday work schedule.Key Responsibilities:Successful culinary catering operation under the direction of the Executive Chef and in collaboration with the Catering ManagerResponsible for seasonal menu changes, drafting, and implementing new menusEnsure successful events and client satisfaction.Adhere to HACCP guidelines to ensure efficient, safe, and sanitary food production, preparation, and presentationInventory, ordering/purchasing, food cost controls, training, sanitation, and personnel management; including hiring, firing, counseling, mentoring, and developingPreferred Qualifications:A.O.S.
