BAE Systems is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to support a client's operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area, McLean. The position requires an Active Clearance with Polygraph. There is NO Exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. This role is for an intelligence analyst working directly with the customer to craft reports and assessments for senior-level decision makers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining high-quality intelligence records and providing ad-hoc support to the program's core mission.
2. Conducting research using several databases.
3. Understanding of counter-intelligence issues, threat environment, report review process, and analysis is a strong plus but not mandatory.
4. Being flexible with regard to hours, as customer missions sometimes require extended hours.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• BA or BS Degree with 3 years of relevant work experience, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Intel Clearance with a Favorable Polygraph is mandatory.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
• Research skills and the ability to develop using new technologies and standards.
• Adaptability to a constantly changing environment.
• High initiative, creativity, and technical ability.
• Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Willingness to participate in team meetings and comfort with the report review process.
• Judgment skills to determine compliance with laws, regulations, or standards.
