14er Boulder is looking for team members with a desire to learn to join our Post Production Department! The primary duties of this position are the harvesting, trimming, and packaging of 14ers Cannabis. This position is an important role at 14er and is a great way to start your Cannabis career! Key Requirements

• Candidate must have a valid MED badge and live in Colorado
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks autonomously

Responsibilities

• Duties associated with Trimming cannabis flower
  • Derack, destem, sort, manicure, weigh, cleaning, waste management
• Duties associated with Harvesting cannabis flower
  • Chop, broadleaf, hash prep, mulching, cleaning
• Duties associated with Packaging cannabis flower
  • Weighing, lidding, labeling, and packing boxes with product for delivery
• Various cleaning duties

Physical Requirements

• Must occasionally push, pull, and/or lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Work requires spatial perception and finger and manual dexterity
• Normal physical activity can be strenuous and may involve prolonged standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, and crouching

Schedule:

• Full time: 40 hours week Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5:45pm. Occasional Friday's required

Compensation and Benefits

• $17.00 an hour
• Medical, dental, vision insurance offered after 60 days
• PTO accrual on 61st day of employment, with accrual max 80 hours a year plus 8 hours of PTO hours added to employee balance annually on employees start date
