Job Description

The Davis Companies is seeking a contract Talent Aquisition Partner for our global tech client in the Greater Boston area. The successful candidate will independently work to recruit top early career level and recent graduate talent for our client. This is a contract role expected to last 6 months.

Location: Greater Boston- Must report to Lowell MA Office once a week, and attend Campus events. Will work remote when not attending events.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Hours: 40 hours per week (No overtime or weekend work expected)

Duration: 6-month contract from start date

Pay Rate: $42

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Early Careers Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier internship and new graduate talent for both technical and non-technical roles. This role is ideal for an individual with over one year of college/campus recruiting experience who is passionate about shaping the next generation of talent and thrives in a high-energy, high-volume recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for internships and new graduate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
  • Campus Engagement: Represent the company at college career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and conferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Webinars & Events: Host virtual and in-person webinars, information sessions, and events to engage with potential candidates. Promote our employer brand through dynamic presentations and Q&A sessions.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of both technical and non-technical talent using early career tools such as Handshake, RippleMatch, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • College Visits & HQ Events: Organize and host college visits to our headquarters, providing candidates with an immersive experience of our culture and work environment.
  • Sourcing & Recruiting: Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates globally, ensuring a diverse and inclusive pool of applicants for current and future opportunities.
  • ATS Management: Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track interview progress, and ensure all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow-Up & Engagement: Continuously engage and nurture candidates within your pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining their interest in potential future opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in college/campus recruiting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms such as Handshake, RippleMatch, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
