Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.

Amazon MGM Studios is hiring for a Campaign Manager, who serves as the central orchestrator of all marketing campaigns, driving operational excellence across stakeholder teams while ensuring creative brilliance and fiscal responsibility. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on campaign execution, requiring exceptional project management skills and stakeholder relationship mastery.

The ideal candidate excels at connecting dots across complex initiatives, demonstrates remarkable composure in high-pressure situations, and possesses an innovative mindset balanced with pragmatic execution skills. They should be equally comfortable leading strategic discussions and diving into tactical details while maintaining focus on campaign excellence.

Key job responsibilities
- Orchestrate 360° campaign execution, including timeline management and budget oversight, as well as proactively identifying and resolving potential obstacles
- Serve as the primary campaign leader, managing cross-functional teams and global initiatives and representing collective team interests in all decisions and forums
- Bridge operations between creative and strategic functions
- Manage stakeholder communications and approval processes, coordinating internal and external partners to ensure efficient asset development and delivery
- Optimize creative asset budget allocation in partnership with Creative Directors and Marketing Managers
- Translate technical platform requirements into creative deliverable needs
- Implement and maintain robust project tracking systems
- Drive continuous improvement through systematic campaign analysis, feedback integration, and collaboration tools

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Experience in creating and managing budgets
- Experience in asset management and delivery
- Experience in asset management and delivery
